Support hours have a one year lifespan from the date of purchase
We want you to have value out of your support. If you do not use your support hours before they expire, we can convert them for you either into training hours or consultancy hours as follows:
- Training hours may be used to book on to any one of our Sharperlight training courses, please get in contact with us for your access code.
- Consultancy hours are converted on a 2:1 basis (2 support hours become 1 consultancy hour) and can be used for direct consultancy with one of our Sharperlight specialists, for absolutely anything we can help you with.
- Training or consultancy will need to be used within six months of being converted.
