Refund and Returns Policy
At SimplifiedBI, we strive to provide the highest quality consulting, support, and training services for SharperLight. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund, and we are committed to addressing such situations fairly and promptly. Please review our refund policy below for details on how refunds are handled.
1. Training Services
1.1 Virtual Training
- Cancellation by Client
- More than 7 Days Before Scheduled Training: Full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
- 7 Days or Less Before Scheduled Training: 50% refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
- 24 Hours or Less Before Scheduled Training: No refund, but reschedule is possible at no additional cost.
- Cancellation by SimplifiedBI
- Full refund or reschedule at no additional cost, regardless of the notice period.
- Non-attendance
- No refund will be issued if you do not attend the scheduled training session and no prior notice is given.
1.2 Support Subscription
- Non-Renewal
- If you do not wish to renew your support subscription you must notify us at least 2 weeks before the renewal date. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred due to late notification.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@simplifiedbi.co.uk with your order details and reason for the refund request.
- Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
2.2 Refund Method
- Valid refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Exceptions
3.1 Force Majeure
- Refunds may not be granted in cases of force majeure events that are beyond the control of SimplifiedBI, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or other extraordinary circumstances.
3.2 Client Violations
- Refunds will not be issued if services are terminated due to a breach of terms or misconduct by the client.
