Terms & Conditions for purchasing products or services

To purchase services from us you will need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe by keeping them confidential and by choosing a secure (strong) password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password – please tell us immediately if you think your account has been compromised in any way.
If you wish to terminate your account please contact us and we will remove your account – please note this will also remove any remaining services or bookings associated with the account.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete user accounts which we deem to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of our Terms & Conditions. Suspension or deletion of an account will not entitle the user to any claim for compensation, damages or reimbursement, nor does it exempt the user from paying any due fees or costs.
For any order you make from us, the purchase contract is entered into at the moment you receive communication from us of your order acceptance. If for any reason we cannot accept your order we will issue a refund – cancellation of an order in this case will not entitle you to bring any further claims including compensation for damages.
All notifications regarding sales will be sent to the email address provided by you, and confirmation of delivery of email will be deemed confirmation of communication from us to you.
Prices quoted on our website are in Pounds Sterling and exclude applicable UK taxes such as VAT, nor do they include any applicable taxes for your country of origin if you are outside the UK.
If you wish to cancel within 14 days of placing an order with us, for any reason, please just send us an email and we will refund your order. Please note we will not be able to refund you in the case of training if you have already attended the training course, nor in the case of support, if you have already used our support services
